If you upload photos or media as part of the App's memory-sharing features, this content is stored securely and associated with your account. It is not shared with third parties and is only accessible to you and your connected partner within the App.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required by law to retain it.
Us is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The App offers the following options for account creation and sign-in:
You may register and sign in using your email address and a password of your choice. Your email is stored securely via Firebase Authentication and is used solely for account access and essential communications.
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive the following information from Google as part of the authentication process:
We do not receive your Google password. The data shared is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We use this information only to create and identify your account within the App.
If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive the following information from Apple as part of the authentication process:
Hide My Email: Apple allows you to keep your real email address private by generating a unique relay address. If you use this option, all App emails will be routed through Apple's relay service. You can disable this at any time in your Apple ID settings.
We do not receive your Apple ID password. The data shared is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We use this information only to create and identify your account within the App.
Regardless of which sign-in method you use, the App stores only your name and email address (or relay address) for the purposes of account management. No additional data from your Google or Apple account is accessed, stored, or shared.
If you are located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to how we handle your data.
You have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, request erasure, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (DPA).
